TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tender in plain paper affixing nonrefundable court fee of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight
and twenty five paise) only are here by invited from eligible Govt. contractor/supplier/firm for
performing Goat insurance and supply Goat medicine and other materials as specification
quoted and will be received by the District A.H.& Vety. Officer. Lakhimpur on or before 2-00P.M.
of dtd 30/11/2022 and open on the same day 2-30 P.M. in front of the tenderer or their
representative who wish to attend the same.
If the date of tender happens to be a holiday/bandh or if it is not possible to received on
the stipulated date for any unforeseen reason, the next working day will be considered as the
last date for receipt/opening of the tenders.

TERMS & CONDITION
1. The Tenderer should quote their rate on fat percentage basis in words and figures
2. The following documents (photocopy) should furnish with tender
a. Up to date GST Registration Cercate
b. Up to date Labour cense
Up to Date Trade License
4. Pan & Aadhaar Card.
3. Delivery of materials have to be completed by the supplier strictly within 7 days from
the date of issue order and should the bills
45% of the total amount Le Rs. 500/- x 20 cluster Rs. 5000/- will be paid by the
beneficiaries and residual amount by the Govt
5. The supplier also does Insurance of the animal for three years.
6. The department will not bear any Labour and delivery cost.
7. The tender committee is reserved the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without
assigning any reason thereof.
8. Details terms & conditions and other particulars of the works, may also be seen in the
office of the undersigned before submitting the tender.
9. The undersign reserves the right to cancel all or any of the Quotation/contract at any
time without assigning any reasons thereof.
