Indian Oil Corporation plans to develop customer-friendly highway facilities such as roadside facilities at new IOCL outlets on existing
and upcoming major highways/ expressways across India. Indian Oil proposed to form a panel with the respective parties to develop, operate and maintain these non-fuel/ commercial facilities.
