NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
Sealed quotations are invited from the bonafide registered and reputed
suppliers/firms/Agencies/Co-operative Societies for stationery items articles to the Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, Teliamura, Khowai District, Tripura for the year 2022-23.
Quotation will be received to the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Teliamura till 09/12/2022
up to 3.00 PM and to be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the bidders, if
possible. A format is enclosed herewith for submitting quotation (Annexure-I).
Terms & Condition:-
1. An earnest money amounting to Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) only in the form of
Deposit at Call or Bank Draft Drawn in favour of “The Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Teliamura
payable at Teliamura from any National Bank / Tripura Gramin Bank / Tripura State Co-
Operative Bank shall be submitted along with sealed quotation. The said earnest money will
be converted to security money for successful bidder who be offered the work and shall be
released after the contract period. For other the earnest money would be refunded.
2. The firms / agencies suppliers / Co-operative Societies having MSME Registration will get
exemption on EMD as per extent Government guidelines.
3. There shall be no hike on the quoted rate after submission of bid during the entire supply
order period.
4. The contract period shall be extinguish on successful supply of all items as per supply order
and remain valid up to release of EMD to the successful bidders
5. Financial Bid will be opened only for those who qualify the technical parameter:
i) Registration Certificate of Co-operative societies.
ii) Trade License..
ii) PAN Card.
iv) GST Registration & GST retum copy of last one year.
v) Self-declaration of status of blacklisted or not.
6. Suppliers shall be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of supply order.
7. The cost relating to packing, transportation etc. will be bome by the suppliers. No extra
payment will be made by the office for whatever purpose. Advance payment will not be made
by the office under any circumstance.
8. The supply of items shall strictly by as per the requirement. The rate shall be quoted in figures
as well as words for all the items given in the description of items (Annexure -1)
9. Non fulfillment of the above terms and condition may result in rejection of bids and no
correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
10. Applicable taxes will be recovered from the bill
11. The undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject
without assigning any reason therefore.

12. The bidding process may be cancelled at any point of time, particularly of fully, without
assigning any reason.
13. All dispute lie within the jurisdiction of Teliamura only.
