SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Scaled tenders subsequently to be drawn up in M.P.W.D. F-2 form of sonder agreement duly
affixed with a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs 2,000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand) only, are hereby
invited by the Undersigned on behalf of the Governor of Meghalaya from Registered Class-1 PWD
(Roads) contractors of Meghalaya State for under mentioned work and will be received in this office in
Room No. 210) up to 1:00 PM. of 23/12/2022. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM
in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who so desire to witness the opening of the
bids. If the date of receiving of tenders happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be considered
as the date of receiving and opening of tenden
Detailed tender papers may be obtained from the Technical Branch (Roads) (Room No. 210) of
this office from 08/12/26022 to 15/12/2022 up to 3:00 PM. on payment of Rs 15,000.00 (Rupees Fifteen
Thousand) only as applicable, non-refundable in cash payable to the Cashier of this office on any
working day, from 11:00 AM. up to 3:00 PM.

works under Turs and Williamnagar Circle for the year 2018-19.

Non-Tribal Contractors shall have to farish valid Trading License from the Concerned Autonomous
District Council in Meghalaya, while submitting their tenders otherwise the tenders will be rejected
