technical Eligibility Conditions: The tenderer must have successfully completed at
least one or most of the following works within the previous 07 (seven) years from the last
date of the month preceding the month in which the tender is being invited: (i) Value
less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. Not three equivalent works each of such
value or (ii) two equivalent works each of such value not less than 40% of the advertised price
of the tender or (ii) one equivalent work of value not less than 60% of the advertised price
of the tender . Financial Eligibility Conditions: The minimum annual contractual income
of the tenderer shall be V/N or ‘V’ whichever is lower, where V = advertised price of the tender in
crores, N = number of years scheduled for completion of the work for which tenders are invited.
In the audited balance sheet, the average annual contractual income shall be determined by averaging
the ‘Total Contractual Income’ of the last three financial years. If, the balance sheet of the
previous year has not been prepared/audited then the audited balance sheet of the previous fourth year
shall be used to determine the average annual contractual income. can be used. The tenderer shall
submit the audited balance sheet/balance sheet certified by the Chartered Accountant along with the certificate
endorsed by the Chartered Accountant along with all the information required as per Annexure
6B of GCC 2022 (Form 6 of the present Tender Document).Other Documents to be submitted:

or Electric interlocking or IBH or Automatic signaling or LC gate interlocking or AFTC
or SSDAC or MSDAC any work will be considered as equivalent type of work.

along with the tender proposal. The tenderer shall submit. Every page and copy of the document/certificate
etc., evidencing its eligibility shall be signed by self-attested/digital mode by the tenderer or the
authorized representative of the tendering agency. Self-attestation should bear signature, stamp and date (on
each page).
