open tenders through www.ireps.gov.in in two packets from interested
individuals/companies/firms/agencies for the following works Doing : Name of Work : Development of Gati
Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (GCT) at Petrapole (PTPL) station (wholly on railway
land). Scope of Work : The possible scope of work can be found in Section IV of the tender
documents on the website www.ireps.gov.in. Duration of Agreement : Railway land will be
licensed to GCTO and GCT Agreement will be signed for a period of 5 years which will be
renewed/extended for a maximum of 35 years in blocks of five (05) years at a time unless any
provision of the agreement and/or policy is violated by GCTO. In case of non-renewal
of the agreement, without any legal or financial liability from either side and
the GCTO will hand over the railway land to the Railways along with the entire infrastructure
constructed on an as-is basis. Tender documents and detailed terms and conditions

12.00 noon on 19.12.2020. And detailed terms and conditions are available. Tender
submission : 19.12.2022 till 3 PM through www.ireps.gov.in. Tender Opening : 19.12.2012
after 4 PM at the office of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway,
Sealdah, DRM Building, Room No. 44, Kaiser Street, Kolkata-700014. If the office
is closed on the opening date for a holiday or any other imperative reason,
the application will be opened at the same time and place on the next working day.
