Pre-Bid conference 15.02.2023 at 11.00 AM in the office of Villupuram Municipality. tender document and schedule
available in https://tntenders.gov.in, www.tenders.tn.gov.in can be downloaded at free of cost from 03.02.2023. The Bidding
document will be received by the Commissioner, Villupuram by way of e-submission also in 2 cover system up to 07.03.2023,
3.00 PM Earnest Money Deposit, 1% of the value of work should be submitted along with the tender. If e-tender, the EMD should
be dropped in the tender box before closure time, i.e. at 3.00PM on 07.03.2023. Evaluation of bids will be done as per Tender
Transparency Act 1998 of Government of TamilNadu and rules there us. If the said tender date happens to be a holiday, the
tenders will be opened on the next working day. The Municipal Commissioner reserves the rights to accept or reject any bidding
