On behalf of the President of India Senior Divisional Commercial Manager,
Kharagpur Division, South Eastern Railway invites e-tenders for lease of Parcel Cargo Express
Train (PCET) on round trip basis for 06 (six) years. The said PCET will operate
on a bi-monthly basis between the following ODIs with 15 VPH + 1 SLR
capacity for the 1st 6 months and 20 VPH + 1 SLR capacity for the remaining
