Sealed quotation is prescribed form affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 825 (Ropes light and Pais
Twenty Five) only are invited frem intending Traders/s of Assam for conducting 27 nos Awarenes
Programme in dive districts (wanath Chariak, Goalpara, Morigaon, Lakhimper & Sanger under the
scheme “tablishment of Sericulture Model Village under SOPDG during the financial year 2022-23.
1) The arteris for qualification, evaluation procedure, ward of contract and all relevant forms to be filled by
badders and the Procurement notice along with the NIT may beobtained from the Office of the Directorate
of Sericulture Assam, Kanapora, Gowahati-22 during office hours.
2) The Quotation containing the Technical Part and Financial Part, shall be submitted separately in two sealed
envelope mentioning Technical Sid and Financial Bid in a single envelop addressed to “The Director of
Sericulture, Reshom Nagar, Khanapara, Gawahati- 781022″ on or before 16 Dec/2022by 1.00 PM
33 The Quotations will be opened on the same day, le 16 Dec/2022 at 2.30 PM in the presence of the bidders
or their representatives who choose to attend at the office of the undersigned. The sealed envelope should
be super scribed as “Quotation for conducting 27 nos. Awareness Programme under the schene
Establishment of Sericulture Model Village under 50PD-G. Not to be openedbefore 10 Dec/2022al
2.30PMf the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the Quotations as specified, the
Quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same tone.
4) The Director of Sericultureshall not be held liable for any delay in the receipt of Quotations. A Bidder
requiring any clarification of the NIT document may visit the office for the same. Hard copy of the NIT will
be provided by the office to the bidder.
