E-Tender Notice of Sand Minerals
The State Government has authorized the District Collector to invite tenders for operation of group wise sand mines through tenders under the Madhya Pradesh Sand (Mining,
Transport, Storage and Trade) Rules, 2019. For the operation of sand mines located in the Collectorate district, in the prescribed quantity (annual) (cubic meter) in the
reorganized sand group and Rs.250 per cubic meter (in addition to other taxes) for the remaining period (till June 30, 2023) NI. C. Technical proposals and financial
tenders are invited through the online portal of https://mptenders.gov.in. Within 24 days from the date of publication of information, technical proposal and financial
bid with 25% security fund of each group can be submitted till 5.00 PM.
Training and information regarding the process of online tender filling and removal of doubts of interested tenderers will be available free of cost from District Headquarter Office
Collector (Mineral Branch) District Agar Malwa.

Directorate, Bhumik and Mineral Works |http://ekhanij.mp.gov.in. Madhya Pradesh Sand (Mining, Transport, Storage and Trade) Rules, 2019 of the said website of the Corporation
and the Department of Mineral Resources. The website is available at http://www.mineralresources.mp.gov.in, any query regarding the tender process can be sent to
the e-mail modgma ga@mp.gov.in, as well as Digital Signature (Class III) of the tenderer will be required for submission of e-tender. Agar Malwa district, the details of the

If any technical error or other discrepancy is found in the tender process before the last date of submission of online tender, then the District Collector will be able to rectify the tender documents/conditions
as per rules and whose information will be available on the district website and http://www.mpsmcl. Will be displayed in mp.gov.in, http://ekhanij.mp.gov.in,
and https://mpten |ders.gov.in only. Such correction will be binding on the tenderers.
