and minimum estimated amount called is Rs. 400.00 lakhs and
Rs. 90.00 Lakhs & the maximum and minimum advance deposit
amounts are Rs.6,00,000/- and Rs.1,80,000/-
respectively. GST will be paid separately according to the lease
amount of the respective factories. And during the extended contract
period, if the contract period is due to delay by the
contractor, any increase in GST rates during that period will be
